Question: How do I ensure the AT&T Internet Security Suite certificate is installed?

Answer: Install the root certificate.

1. Download Certificate.cer file in the Downloads section below and save it the Desktop.
2. Now, open Internet Explorer, click Tools  and then select Internet Options.
3. Select the Content tab and click Certificates.
4. On the box that appears, click Import.
5. When Welcome to the certificate Import Wizard screen displays, click Next.
6. Click Browse on the next screen and select the Certificate.cer file.
7. Click Next after selecting the certificate.
8. In the next screen, ensure Place all certificates in the following store is selected then click Browse.
9. From the list of Certificate Stores, select Trusted Root Certification Authorities and click OK.
10. Click Next and a Completing the Certificate Import Wizard page will appear. Click Finish.
11. A dialog box will appear to confirm that the import was successful. Close all open pages.
12. Start AT&T Internet Security Suite.
